The module consists of an industrial power factor controller with the necessary connections to connect proper capacitor banks. This PF controller determines the three-phase power values and power factor at the power entrance of the application in which the system is used by measuring one voltage (line-to-neutral voltage or line-to-line voltage) and one line current. For this purpose, the unit has a voltage measurement input and a current measurement input. The unit is thus suitable for power factor correction in balanced, three-phase electric power systems controlling up to 12 capacitor banks.

The controller can be used in three different operating modes: Programming, Manual Mode and Expert Mode. It can be programmed in various schemes of capacitor banks to replicate standard setups seen in the industry.
