The Phase Sequence Relay is a protective relay that checks for correct phase sequence in three-phase power systems. It can be used to protect electrical equipment from incorrect sequence connection, which can result in severe damages to equipment or injuries to personnel due to reverse rotation of motor driven equipment. Two sets of contacts are provided.
