The 3AC 400V/DC 230V/Power Supply consists of a fixed-voltage three-phase ac power source and a fixed-voltage dc power source enclosed in an A4 size module meant to be connected to three-phase safety unit. It can be used to power most of the modules of the Electricity and New Energy Training Equipment. The power supply ensures adequate protection for the modules connected to it, and observes CE standard requirements for conducted emission. Color-coded safety sockets provide access to both power sources.

Independent circuit breakers, with a reset button on the front panel of the module, protect the inputs and outputs from overcurrent conditions. Indicator lamps allow monitoring the presence of input voltage on each phase. An LED indicates if the input power has the correct phase sequence.

The 3AC 400V/DC 230V/Power Supply is designed for connection to the 3AC Power Supply and Safety Unit or any equivalent equipment, according to local power specifications. The power is provided from such a safety unit through the safety sockets on the left of the module. The module does not include any connection to the wall outlet.
